No. 73771 To the Register appointed by act of Parliament for Registring Deeds & Conveyances Wills and so forth

M’r John Huggins [I] his Will ¹ ^, ²
Reg’rd the 23’d day of April 1742 at 1/12 an hour after 11 o Clock in the fore Noon

[Body of memorial:]
A Memorial of a Will made by John Huggins of Glenarb in the Parish of Aghalow and County of Tyrone the Seventh Day of April in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and Forty one Whereby Amongst Other things the said John Huggins by his said Will did Give and bequeath to his Son in Law David Ferguson that part of the Town Land of Kedie [Kedew] bounded and Mearing’d as he then possessed the same he performing the Conditions betwixt them Settled upon;

… In which said Will there are Severall other bequests as by the Same Relation being thereunto had May more fully and at Large appear

… Which said Will is Witnessed by W’m Peebles of Rahachy [Rehaghy] near Carrantall [Carnteel] in the County of Tyrone a Dissenting Clergyman W’m Maxwell of Guinea near Callidon in the County of Tyrone aforesaid Gent and Robert Huggins of Glenarb aforesaid

… And this Memorial is Witnessed by the said W’m Maxwell & Hugh Carmichael of the City of Dublin Gent.

… The above mentioned W’m Maxwell Came this Day before me and Made Oath that he is a Subscribing Witness to the above Mentioned Will and that he saw the Testator John Huggins Duly Sign and Seal the same and Likewise Saw Dav’d Ferguson a Legatee in said Will Duly Sign and Seal the above Memorial and Sayth that the Name Will’m Maxwell Subscribed as a witness to the said Will and this Memorial is this Depon’ts [Deponent’s] proper hand writing
