A Memorial of a Lease for Lives Dated the twenty Eighth day of October One thousand Seven hundred & thirty five Whereby Marg’t Hamilton of Callidon in the C’o of Tyrone Spinster for the Cons’ns [Considerations] therein ment’d [mentioned] Did Demise & Set unto John Huggins of Glenarb in the parish of Aghalow & C’o of Tyrone farm’r y’t [that] p’t [part] of Kedew 2 as then in his poss’n [possession] Situate in the bar’o [barony] of Dungannon in the County of Tyrone with the Appurs [Appurtenances ] Except as therein is excepted

… To hold from the first day of May then last for the Lives of the s’d Jn’o Huggins  Jn’o Huggins his Son & W’m Pringle third son of Jn’o Pringle of Caledon & the Surv’rs [Survivors] of them At & under the Yearly rent of Twenty four pounds fifteen Shill’s [Shillings] & Eight Pence Ster. with six pence P [per] pound rec’rs [receiver’s] fees payable half Yearly above Taxes Quit rent only Excepted
