Introduction :

This page provides an index for memorials of Irish deeds executed by members of the Kennedy family descended from the Rev. Thomas Kennedy (c.1625–1714) of Carland in the parish of Donaghmore, county Tyrone. By an intermarriage between the Kennedy family of Benburb and Huggins of Glenarb in 1739, Kennedy is one of our ancestral lines out of Ireland.

Kennedy index entries :

The index entries are listed in chronological order:

  • Memorial no. 93968 (v.137, p.440): John Huggins (1) and the Rev. John Kennedy to John Huggins (II), in anticipation of the marriage of John Huggins (II) and Lettice Kennedy; with mention also of James Kennedy of Edenderry (dated 31st Aug. 1739, registered 7th Mar. 1749).
