Transcriber’s notes:
- Index entries for this memorial have been posted to Nick Reddan’s Registry of Deeds Index Project Ireland website.
- The transcriber’s comments or editing marks are enclosed [within square brackets].
- An apostrophe indicates that the letter or letters following were raised, or written in superscript, in the original text.
- This transcript includes paragraph breaks whereas the original text appears as one paragraph without indentation or, for the most part, punctuation.
- Though not specified in the Memorial, the most likely objectives of this release of lands into the hands of the designated trustees were to provide jointure to Miss Naper should Mr. Whyte predecease her, and to specify the order of inheritance, typically along the line of male primogeniture.
