  1. Sir F. Maclean served many years in the West Indies, and was present at the reduction of various islands, &c. &c. He has received a medal for Guadaloupe.
  2. Col. Boys served in the Peninsula from 1809 to 1811, and again from 1813 to the end of the war, including the action at Sabugal, and battles of Fuentes d'Onor (wounded), Orthes, and Toulouse (wounded).
  3. Major Butler served with the 73rd Regt. in the Kandian campaigns of 1817 and 1818, interior of Ceylon, under Sir Robert Brownrigg, and in the 45th Regt. in India and the Burman empire, under Sir Archibald Campbell.
  4. Captain Macintire served with the 45th Regt. in the Burman war under Sir Archibald Campbell, and in Pigua under Brigadier-General Pepper.
  5. Lieut. Smith served in the Burmese war.
  6. Paymaster O'Meara served in Senegal, West coast of Africa, as a Lieut. under Col. Brereton; in Sierra Leone under Governor M'Carthy; in Caffraria, in the campaign of 1819 and 20, under the present Sir Tho. Willshire; in the Burman Empire under Sir Archibald Campbell; and in India with the 45th Regiment.
  7. Dr. Ferguson served with the campaigns of 1813 and 14 in Canada; was engaged in an action on Lake Ontario and Lake Huron; also in the action of Michilinachnar.
