[Body of memorial:]
  A Memorial of an Indented Deed of Assignment Conveyance and Release bearing date the fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine and made between John Alexander Huggins of Skinarget in the County of Tyrone Gentleman and Mary Huggins otherwise Shuter his wife of the first part  Samuel King of Coalisland in the County of Tyrone afores'd flour merchant of the second part and James Sloan of Moy in the County of Tyrone aforesaid Merchant of the third part

… Whereby after reciting as therein is recited said Indenture of which this is a Memorial Witnessed that in pursuance and execution of a certain agreement therein recited and in conson [consideration] of the Sum of Two hundred pounds Sterling to them the said John Alexander Huggins  said Mary Huggins otherwise Shuter his wife and said Sam'l King in hand well and truly paid by the said James Sloan at or immediately before the ensealing and delivery of said Indenture of Conveyance and Release the receipt whereof was thereby and by two several receipts thereupon endorsed severally and respectively acknowledged they the said John Alexander Huggins  Mary his wife & said Sam'l King according to their and each of their sev'l [several] and respective Estates and Interests therein did grant bargain sell alien release and assign transfer Confirm and Set over unto the said James Slaon (in his actual poss'n [possession] then being by virtue of a bargain and Sale therein recited for the term of one whole year by a certain Indenture therein recited and for the Considerations therein Set forth) and to his heirs and assigns

… All that and those that tenement in Moy commonly called the Store house tenement as lately in the possession of the said Daniel Hynes and then in the possession of the said James Sloan situate on the south side of the Street of Moy a road leading to Charlemont formerly demised to Charles Man deceased Containing in front to said Street or Road one hundred and three feet and extending from front to rere on that side facing the Blackwater River one hundred and fourteen feet and on that side adjoining W'm Harpur one hundred and ninety feet in breadth in the rere below M'r Harpur Offices twenty seven feet being the whole of the prem's [premises] formerly demised to said Charles Man (save and except that part thereof formerly in possession of said Edward Harpur and now in the possession of Galbraith Johnston) All which said tenements & prem's are Situate lying and being in the said Town of Moy Manor of Charlemont Barony of Dungannon and County of Tyrone tog'r [together] with all buildings erected thereon and all the rights privileges and appurt's [appurtenances] thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits of all & Singular the said tenement and prem's with all the Estates right title interest benefit of renewal property Claim or demand Whatsoever of them the said John Alexander Huggins  Mary his wife and the said Samuel King and of each or any of them or in to or out of the same or any part thereof together with said Indenture of Lease of first January one thousand seven hundred and ninety one and renewal of Second January one thous'd eight hundred and thirty seven the said Indenture of Lease of fifteenth November one thousand eight hundred and Sixteen and renewal first June one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven and all other Leases deeds muniments of Title evidences Writings or documents touching and concerning the same or any part thereof (Save and except a Deed of Mortgage [5] therein recited)

… To hold the said tenement and premises thereby granted and released and Confirmed and every part thereof with the appurt's [appurtenances] to the said James Sloan his heirs and Assigns from the first day of May then last past for and during the natural lives and live of Prince Augustus Frederick Duke of Sussex  Prince Adolphus Frederick Duke of Cambridge and our Sovereign Lady Queen Victoria and the Survivors and Survivor of them and for and during the natural lives and life of all and every such other person and peersons as Should from time to time successively and forever thereafter be added or inserted to the time or term of the said Lease of first day of January one thousand and seven hundred and ninety one by virtue of the Covenant for perpetual renewal therein contained freed and absolutely acquitted exonerated released and forever discharged as well of and from said recited Mortgage [5] and said recited Judgments and all Sum and Sums of money due out of and due thereon but also from all other Judgments Charges Claims or demands whatsoever which he or any person or persons in trust for or deriving under him now have or at any time heretofore had or might or could have done or Committed Subject to the rent reservations covenants and agreem'ts in said recited Lease of first day of January one thous'd seven hundred and ninety one and said renewal thereof continued and expressed which on the Tenant or Lessees part are and ought to be paid observed and performed

… In which said Indenture of assignment of which this is a Memorial contained on the part and behalf of the said John Alexander Huggins and Mary Huggins otherwise Shuter his wife and said Samuel King their and each of their heirs Exors [Executors] Admors [Administrators] and assigns the usual Covenant for good title and quiet enjoyment free from incumbrances and further assurance

… and also a release on the part and behalf of the said Mary Huggins orwise [otherwise] Shuter from a certain Jointure or annuity of twenty Pounds late Currency of Ireland therein fully recited as also from all property claim and demand whatsoever of her the said Mary Huggins orwise Shuter her heirs and assigns into or out of said prem's [premises] thereby conveyed and released or any part thereof

… and a further or other release on the part & behalf of the said Samuel King his heirs exors admors or assigns as well from a certain Mortgage [5] and Judgment/debts (therein fully recited) and all Sum and Sums of money due or to grow due thereon as also from all other Judgments Charges property Claim or demand whatsoever which he the said Sam'l King his heirs or assigns or any person in trust for or deriving under him them or any of them now have or at any time theretofore had or might or could have had against the said tenement and premises or any part thereof or which he or they hath or have or any other Judgment execution or demand whatsoever against the said John Alexander Huggins

… which said Deed and this Memorial as to the execution thereof are respectively Witnessed by Robert Falls of Dungannon in the County of Tyrone Gentleman one of the attornies and by Andrew McNamara of Dungannon in the said County of Tyrone Gentleman

… The within named Andrew McNamara maketh oath and Saith that he is a Subscribing Witness to the deed of which the within Writing is a Memorial and also to said Memorial and Saith that he was present and did see the said Deed duly signed by the within named John Alexander Huggins  Mary Huggins otherwise Shuter his wife and by Samuel King the executing Parties and also said Memorial by the said John Alexander Huggins and Samuel King, and deponent further saith that the name Andrew McNamara Subscirbed as a witness to said Deed & Memorial respectively is the name and of the proper handwriting of this deponent
