Reg'd 29'th April 1774 at ten oClock in the forenoon

[Body of memorial:]
  A Memorial of A Memorial of an Indented Deed bearing date the twenty second day of Sep'r one thousand seven hund'd and Seventy three made between Mary Ledlie of Coagh in the County of Tyrone widow of W'm Ledlie late of Coagh in s'd C'oy of TYrone gent. dec'd of the one part and Isabella Ledlie Daughter of the said William and Mary Ledlie of the other part [3]

… reciting that whereas the said W'm Ledlie was in his lifetime and at the time of his death seized and possessed of the Town & lands of Muiniagh [note 3] in the said County part of the mannor Row [Manor Roe] by virtue of a lease to him thereof made by W'm Stewart Esq'r dated the first of Nov'r one thousand seven hundred & thirty Eight for & during the lives & years and at and under the yearly rent Fees & dutys therein ment'd [mentioned]

… and that the s'd W'm Ledlie by his last Will & Testament devised the s'd Leasehold Int. [Interest] in the said Town of Muinagh to the s'd Mary Ledlie

… By which said Deed of which this Writing is a memorial the said Mary Ledlie for the Considerat'ns therein ment'd did grant bargain sell and assign to the s'd Eliz'th [sic] [4] Ledlie in her actual possion [possession] then being by virtue of the bargain and sale therein ment'd and to her heirs & assigns all her the said Mary Ledlies right Title and Interest in & to the said Townland of Muinagh

… To hold to the said Elizabeth Ledlie her heirs and Assigns for & during the Term or Continuance of the said Lease thereof from the first day of Novem'r then next tog'r [together] with the said Lease & all the yearly profit rents thereof with the Appurces [Appurtenances] in as full and ample manner as the same is demised by the said Lease Subject to the payment of the Rent fees & dutys reserved and made payable thereout to the s'd W'm Stewart his heirs & Assigns

… under the Express Condition & Covenant that the s'd Isabella should marry by and with the Consent of the said Mary Ledlie orwise [otherwise] said Deed of which this Writing is a Memo'l [Memorial] should Cease & become Void and said Town of Muinagh should revert back to the s'd Mary Ledlie her heirs or Assigns

… which said Deed of Assignment is witnessed by George Ledlie son of the said Mary Ledlie  W'm Miller of Coagh in the County of Tyrone weaver and Neil M'c Anally of Colerain in the County of Londonderry Gent and this Memo'l is witnessed by the said George Ledlie and the said W'm Miller

… The within named George Ledlie maketh Oath that he saw the within named Mary Ledlie and Isabella Ledlie duly sign seal and Execute the Deed of which the within writing is a memorial and also saw the said Mary Ledlie sign & seal the within memo'l and that the name Geo: Ledlie Subscribed as a witness to the said Deed and memorial is this Depon'ts [Deponent's] proper name and handwriting and that he delivered said Deed and this memo'l to John Macabe Gent. Deputy Reg'r on the twenty ninth day of April one thousand seven hundred and Seventy four at or near ten of the Clock in the forenoon
