  • No. 14A & B/a/b/c/d and /Aa/b. Benjamin Jones. Lessor: John G. Thompson. Tenement: House, office, and land, and five houses. Area: 3A 1R 5P + 1A 2R 5P. Total valuation, £6 10s 0d. [Transcriber’s note, that Benjamin Jones sublet five cottier houses.]
  • No. 15Bb. Thomas Jones. Lessor: Robert Robinson. Tenement: House, only. Total valuation, £1 10s 0d. [Transcriber’s note, that Thomas Jones occupied a cottier’s holding.]

  • No. 13A & Ba/b/c. William Jones – no change, except that the valuation increased to £6 5s in 1868.
  • No. 14A & B/a/b/c/d and /Aa/b. Benjamin Jones – no change, except that John G. Levingston became the lessor in 1867.
  • No. 15Bb. Thomas Jones – no change.

[3.] Valuation Revisions, 1878–94 (PRONI ref. VAL/12/B/14/6B) –

  • No. 13A & Ba/b/c. William Jones – no change.
  • No. 14A & B/b/c/d and /Aa/b. Benjamin Jones. Lessor, tenement, and area—no change. In 1890, the following changes were made: former cottier holding 14B/a taken into Benjamin’s holding, total valuation £6 15s 0d; and Benjamin took cottier holding 14B/c in as a barn, valuation 15s. The other three cottier holdings were occupied by William Carroll, William McCann, and Benjamin Gardner.
