    • 1757-12-15: Memorial no. 193-81-127068 – an indenture of mortgage (deeds of lease and release) executed by James Hamilton of Newry, merchant, and Rhoda Hutcheson of same, Spinster, whereby for the consideration of £350, Mr Hamilton conveyed to Miss Hutcheson his right and title in his leaseholds of parts of Mullavilly townland (parish of Kilmore) and Mentlone (parish of Ballymore), both in the county of Armagh, with a clause of redemption.
    • 1763-08-29: Memorial no. 226-465-148530 – an indenture of annuity or rent charge payable at £15 annually by the Rev. Hugh Stewart out of Gortigal (parish of Ardboe) and Aughlarge (parish of Donaghenry) townlands during the life of Eleanor Ledlie formerly Stewart, wife of William Ledlie formerly of Desertcreat but then of Philadelphia; the other parties to this quadripartite deed included James Hamilton and William Hamilton of Newry, merchants.
    • 1764-08-18: Memorial no. 230-593-153167 – an indenture of lease demised by Annabella Campbell of Newry to James Hamilton of Newry, merchant, for a dwelling house in Newry.
    • 1790-01-20: Memorial no. 415-230-273520 – an indenture of mortgage whereby, for the consideration of £300, James Hamilton of Greenfield, county Armagh, transferred right and title to three leaseholds in the town of Newry to his cousin, Solomon Hamilton, then of London.
    • 1792-10-15: Memorial no. 458-189-294827 – an indented deed of conveyance whereby, for the consideration of £2,520, Joseph Pollock of Dublin, Esq., sold Ballyedmond townland, in the parish of Kilbroney and county of Down, to Solomon Hamilton of Fort Hamilton, Esq.
    • 1793-06-02: Memorial no. 471-541-300434 – an indented deed of mortgage whereby, for the sum of £525, James Hamilton of Greenfield, county Armagh, conveyed several leaseholds, with a clause of redemption, to Solomon Hamilton of Fort Hamilton, county Down.
    • 1807-02-18: Memorial no. 596-465-408777 – indented deeds of lease and release whereby, for the consideration of £3,500, Solomon Hamilton of Calcutta, formerly of Fort Hamilton in county Down, sold Ballyedmond townland and Fort Hamilton house to Alexander Stewart.

    • 1768-10-17: Memorial no. 275-101-175208 – a deed of assignment whereby, at the suit of Solomon Speer, the Sheriff of the County of Tyrone put up for sale at public auction a chattle leasehold in a farm of thirty-two acres in Leck, parish of Donaghenry, held by William Speer [from Solomon Speer] and incumbered by a debt owing of £182 2s. 9d.—at which sale, William Richardson of Stewartstown was the successful bidder.

    • 1774-08-30: Memorial 302-659-202645 – a conveyance by Agnes Speer, widow of John Speer, of Soarn townland, parish of Donaghenry, to Thomas Speer of same place.
    • 1776-12-11: Memorial no. 316-142-210388 – a conveyance of a leasehold, and the associated mortgage, pertaining to townlands in the parishes of Ballyclog and Donaghenry in the county of Tyrone, by William McSparran of Moneymore, county Londonderry, and Robert Crawford and Ann Crawford (otherwise Speer, née Ledlie), to John Thornton and John Cornwall of London, merchants.
    • 1777-10-01: Memorial no. 324-145-213493 – a Deed Poll executed by Robert Crawford, acknowledging the total indebtedness charged to Soarn, Lislee, Leck, and Cratley, in the amount of £1,000.

  • 2018-08-22: Joseph Marshall and Mary O’Hagan of Glenkeen, parish of Aghaloo, emigrants to Georgia in 1768 – new section opened; will include the survivors, one of whom went on to Nova Scotia in 1783.
